Elements that can help your application include previous work experience in the area, publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference presentations on the proposed subject. Only theses which are defined in university programs can be nominated for financial supports. The thesis will be guided by a committee composed of MTC experts and the university supervisor of the thesis. After acceptance of a thesis for financial support, both the methodological and substantive quality of them will be evaluated.
